- Audio system (Mic & speaker) and presentation system can be set up for a fee
- Banquet tables (100),round tables (75) and over 150 black folding chairs
- The rental comes with the use of the building and everything in it (except mic and speak and presentation is an added cost). The fee also includes janitorial services
- Both male and female bathrooms
