Invitation for Tender (Housing)

 

The Housing and Capital Department has released the Tender Package for new Housing Units 2020 and is now available to be picked up at the Housing & Capital Department. Attention: Kyle Caplin or Ray Stebbins for a copy of the package.

 

These are the tender that are available to bid on:

Disability Unit- Ranch Street- LOT 53

Family Unit-Ranch Street-LOT 54

Elder Unit- Ranch Street-LOT 55

 

Full Set of Engineered Stamped Plans will available the week of October 5, 2020.

 

I have included a temporary non-stamped plan.
