Subject:             Updates to Eligibility for COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic

 

Please be advised of the following changes to ELIGIBILITY to our vaccination clinics. The following persons can register for our clinics, these changes were made official today.

 

  1. All registered Band Members living on or off reserve 16+

 

  1. All Community Members living on reserve (non -band members) 16+

 

  1. Non-indigenous Spouses/household members of band members living off-reserve. 16+

 

  1. Staff of Eel River Bar Band, and those who provide care, education, or social services directly to individuals within the community. 16+

 

It is important to preregister by March 5thth, to ensure you receive your vaccine. We will only be given enough vaccination for those preregistered.

 

You can register by calling 506-226-0498 (Michelle Gagnon) or by calling 506-684-5002, Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m – 4 p.m & Friday from 9 a.m to noon.

 

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding the vaccine can be offered to you. Speak to your Nurse.

If you are immunocompromised the vaccine can be offered to you, you can speak to your nurse or your doctor if you are in doubt.
