2026 Housing Policy & Housing Application

The Housing Department would like to remind the community that the 2021 Housing Policy is in active use.  You can refer to this policy here to determine roles and responsibilities as occupants and those of the Housing Department. This policy also outlines how allocations are made and how the Housing Department prioritizes maintenance requests.

The Housing Department will also be actively beginning the process of reviewing and revising this policy.  We ask that you take the time to familiarize yourselves with the policy, and make notes of questions, concerns, and recommendations.  We will be holding community engagement sessions, in the future, to gain your input on this specific Policy.

Last, we want to inform that our Housing Application has been updated to reflect the selection criteria in the current Policy and can be viewed here.  We ask that if you are on the current Housing Wait List, that you take the time to complete the revised application and resubmit. We also want to remind, that once you complete the updated Housing Application, you do NOT have to update on a yearly basis.  You must only update should there be changes in contact information, living circumstances, or family size.
