Update to Community members regarding transition to Community Recovery Yellow Phase

Good Afternoon Ugpi’ganjig; ​

 

I am happy to inform you, that the Province of New Brunswick has announced that the transition to Phase Yellow for Zone 5 will occur at midnight on November 5th, 2020.

As of today, Zone 5 has had (7) consecutive days of no new cases of COVID-19 and the Ugpi’ganjig Pandemic Team has confirmed that we currently have no community or staff members in self-isolation due to risks that are associated with exposure.

As a result of these factors, we will be returning to work on Monday, November 9th under the Yellow Phase of the Ugpi’ganjig Recovery Plan. The operational hours for this phase will be Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Please note that we will be closed on Wednesday, November 12th to observe Remembrance Day.) 

We wish to thank you for your continued support and patience during these unprecedented times and look forward to welcoming you back to work on Monday.
