Election update

There is an error in the spelling of one of the candidates’ names on the ballots for the upcoming Eel River Bar election to be held on June 21, 2025. The name on the ballot is “Christopher Ryan Labalee-Caplin”, where it should have been spelled as “Christopher Ryan Lavallee-Caplin”.

Being so close to the election date, no new ballots will be sent out, as it is one and same person.

There is also a high possibility that the new ballots would not be sent back in time for the election of June 21, 2025 due to the possible postal strike still pending. For this reason, the name will stay the same on all the ballots, and the election will proceed as planned for June 21, 2025.
