Friday August 18th

Set up for vendors

Saturday August 19th

• 8:00AM-9:30AM Breakfast at Heritage Garden Building
• 12:00PM – Singer/Dancer Registration Opens (ERB members don’t need to register)
• 1:00PM sharp – Grand Entry
• 2:00PM- Draw out of a Hat Special begins (dancers 16+ stay ready all day)
• 3:00PM- Candy Dance
• 3:15PM – Honour Song for the families in community that lost loved ones
• 4:00PM – Dancers under 15 exhibition
• 5:00PM – Break for Supper
• 6:45PM – Evening Session Begins 2nd song winner take all dance specials  Charlie Jij Levi Memorial 4 Man Special, 1st song straight song 2nd song anything but a straight 1st – $1500 2nd – $1000 3rd – $500  End of Day 1

Sunday August 20th

• 8:00AM-9:30AM Breakfast at Heritage Garden Building 11:30AM – Registration for Singers/Dancers (dancers from ERB don’t need to register)
• 12:00PM sharp – Grand Entry
• 1:00PM – Candy Dance
• 2:00PM- Dance Exhibitions (honorariums being handed out, except ERB dancers will have a gift for you all at a later date)
• 3:30PM- Giveaway
• 4:00PM – Grand Exit  Safe Travels to all, we’re looking forward to hosting you!
