Ranch Street Pavement Project
On behalf of the Capital, Housing and Infrastructure, we would like to take this time to provide an update on an existing project.
The Ranch Street Pavement project will begin the next phase tomorrow, August 20th, 2026. The company will begin pouring the curbing for the Ranch Street project. We are asking homeowners in that area (4 Ranch Street to 10 Ranch Street, on both sides of the street) to not park in their driveways all day Thursday (August 20th, 2026) up until Friday (August 21st, 2026) evening to allow time for the curbing to set and cure.
The full Ranch Street paving project is anticipated to be completed by October 1st, 2026.
We ask homeowners to please be patient during this process.
