Response Measures: COVID-19

Dear Community Members and Staff;

As outlined in The Eel River Bar Community Recovery Phase Guidelines, the Pandemic Response Team has determined that we will move to the ORANGE (FOX) phase as of midnight tonight. It is to be noted that the situation with the COVID-19 outbreak is in constant evolution and the Pandemic team may have to make modifications as the pandemic evolves. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will provide updates to the community and staff as they become available.

On January 25th, 2021 Child & Family Services will resume its operations at a reduced capacity. Our offices will be opened on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. During office closures, Child Protection Services will continue to be available by contacting our on-call number at 987-9911.

Child & Family Services will be available by appointment only.

Please do not hesitate to contact Child and Family Services with respect to any concerns you may have.

I thank everyone for your patience and support during these difficult times. Stay safe and please continue to follow public health directives.

Sincerely,
