2026 Home Incentive Policy
The Department of Capital, Housing & Infrastructure has revised the Home Incentive Policy. We are posting for 30 days to give sufficient notice of the changes to the current Home Incentive Policy. The revised policy, and application will be posted here and on our website. The current Home Incentive Policy will remain in effect until the revised Home Incentive Policy, and application, come into effect on August 1, 2026.
